Looking south across a flooded channel through a field near Lubenham. The ditch used to be part of the River Welland, but the course of the Welland was later changed slightly, leaving this section of the river as just a winding ditch in a field. After heavy rain the ditch can fill with water, revealing the previous course of the river.
The unusual colours in this image come from the use of a full spectrum camera, resulting in an image that is a mix of both visible and infrared light.
