The entrance to Shoman-in Aizen-do (勝鬘院 愛染堂) temple in Osaka, Japan. The temple was originally built in 593 as a Seyakuin (施薬院), where medicinal herbs would be grown and used to treat the poor. The temple is named after Queen Srimala (勝鬘経 Shōman-kyō) and Aizen-Myoo (愛染明王), the god of good matchmaking and happy marriage, who are both enshrined at the temple.
Shoman-in Aizen-do is popular with young women for its Aizen-no-reisui (愛染めの霊水), water that is said to grant love to those who drink it.
