Looking west through a window in Seokbokheon, Changdeokgung palace, Seoul, South Korea. Seokbokheon was built in 1848 by King Heonjong as a residence for his second wife. Originally built as part of Changgyeonggung palace, the area was later absorbed into Changdeokgung (the two palaces are located adjacent to each other, and collectively known together as the East Palace).
