Palace building roofs, Changdeokgung

Description

Title:
Palace building roofs, Changdeokgung
Caption / Description:

Roofs of buildings in Gwolnaegaksa, part of Changdeokgung palace, in Seoul, South Korea. Gowlnaegaksa was an area of the palace where government offices dealing with the affairs of the royal household were located.

The largest building at the back, behind Gwolnaegaksa, is Injeongjeon, the throne hall of Changdeokgung. Gwolnaegaksa has many buildings concentrated in a small area, giving it a labyrinthine feel.
