Chaekgo, a building used as a library in the north-west of Gwolnaegaksa, Changdeokgung palace, Seoul, South Korea. Gwolnaegaksa was an area of Changdeokgung where government offices were located.
Changdeokgung palace itself was originally built in 1405. During the Japanese occupation of Korea the buildings in Gwolnaegaksa were destroyed, the current buildings were rebuilt between 1991 and 2005 as part of a project to restore the palace to its original state.
