Looking north-west from Mount Buram (불암산) towards Mount Surak (수락산), and in the distance can be seen the mountains Dobongsan (도봉산) and Bukhansan (북한산). Down below can be seen the Sanggye-dong neighbourhood of Nowon-gu, and the Seoul Ring Expressway, which tunnels through the mountains. Buramsan is located in the primarily residential Nowon-gu district, in the north-east of Seoul, South Korea.
