A sculpture at the entrance to Sokcho beach (속초해수욕장), in Sokcho city, South Korea. Sokcho is a popular tourist resort, and although its main beach is relatively small (450m long, 45-80m wide), it is famous for the quality of its sand.

Sokcho is also well known for its seafood and the nearby Seoraksan National Park.
