Film crew from the MBC TV Series 'The Great Queen Seondeok' (Seonduk yeowang) prepare equipment for filming at the Korean Folk Village, in Gyeonggi-do province, South Korea. The TV series is a period drama that is set in the ancient Korean kingdom of Silla.
The Korean Folk village was set up by the South Korean government in 1973 in an effort to preserve and promote the history of Korea. Open all year round, the Folk village receives around 1.8 million visitors each year.
