John Snetzler organ
Caption / Description:

The John Snetzler organ in the Parish Church of St Laurence, Ludlow, was installed in the church in 1764. It was originally paid for by Henry Arthur Herbert the 1st Earl of Powis, and was located in a gallery beneath the tower.

In the 19th Century the organ was greatly enlarged and moved to its current position in the North Transept by Gray and Davison.
